I love the show Chuck, it's filled to the brim with references to Dune... season two opener had two at least

"The sleeper has awakened"
and
"you can be anything you want, senator, president, emperor of the known universe..."

I watched the first couple, because my wife was watching it. It was OK. I didn't notice any DUne references though.

for Halloween he went dressed like Shai Hulud, the guy has a poster of the David Lynch flick in his room (which comes on screen numerous time and quite prominently... in several episodes)

I'm looking forward to watching it. I thought about watching the season 2 premiere online, but I find it more enjoyable on the TV set. I liked those references to Dune and especially the Shai-hulud costume, but I thought the Eve costume was awesome (pun intended? )
