Lucilla and Burzmalli make their way on foot to an old factory on the outskirts of Ysai where they are supposed to link up with the ghola. There a young woman dressed in robes similar to Lucilla's disguise greets them, she insults Burzmalli who tries to slap her but she dodges and throws him across the room and prepares to kill him. Lucilla kicks her to the ground and the woman calls Lucilla Great Honored Matre and says she is only a newly robed Honored Matre named Murbella. She tells them that they have captured the ghola and the no-ship is on it's way. She says she was just about to bed him and Lucilla tells her that she wishes to. Murbella calls fair game and says she marked him first and says she will take them to a place where they can watch.
