And the value of a BA in english, creative writing, liguistics.

it's just someone at work who sends us stuff to edit/translate and the general level of the language is not very good. That same person puts the UoT in kinda big red letters on his company resume so I was just wondering what kind of schooling produces people with such poor language skills...
And how to they get jobs where language skills are paramount ?
