I take it you haven't, or you wouldn't ask a question like that ... have you seen the movie on video?
(an Option we didn't have in the old days, when horses had wooden knees, and we all feared the Kaiser ...)

the safest, and coolest, bet for a "video virgin" or an honest-to-god virgin, is to go as a Transylvanian Delegate,
one of the Party Goers from the "Time Warp" scene - shred up an old white shirt, find a beaten and torn old tuxedo
jacket, get one of those sparkly New Year's Eve hats and a party horn - for you, I'd also suggest a white silk scarf
and moderate heels w/ rhinestones ....



don't forget the sunglasses, and maybe one of those long cigarette holders; respond to anyone that speaks
to at all with an "air kiss" and say "Dahhlink! Zo'vewy gud to see you !", tamp your ashes on their shoes and sashay away ...

don't bother with the brown paper sack full of props; plenty of other shitheels will bring all that crap to toss around the
theater .... about the time Magenta starts doing her nails, pull out a perfectly rolled joint from your inside jacket pocket,
insert it into the cigarette holder, light up, smile and laugh uproariously .... when people around you look around for the
source of the sweet, sticky smell, blow them a kiss and say "Dahhhlink! Zo'vewy gud to see you!" and blow pot
smoke into their hair and clothes ... smile and laugh some more ...

even tho I had to use to a cattle prod ... let's do better next
year, eh? me, too, I'll get on it earlier, if'n I can remember, &
if'n I'm still alive ....

reminded me, @The Tidwell, can you embed some other flash video players
or something, in addition to the YewTubes ? the ustream site has the entire
movie posted there, medium to poor quality, but I thought that might help
some of you cubicle-monkeys in getting into the Spirit of Rocky Horror if you
could have the entire movie streaming in a little corner of your monitor @work,
instead of just a few short random clips .... I think this issue goes back to the
type of HTML with these <tags> ...

anyway, thank y'all for your indulgence and, now it's damn near Thanksgiving,
take the fucking costumes off ... jesusgod, y'all look like a bunch of freaks ...
