Wow - would he do that? Balls. Well, hopefully he gets one phone call (from police, not sheriff, in the burbs, no? It depends on the burb...) and he can call someone who's at a computer to login here and announce it already!

THINK CRITICALLY

He's probably just out jousting windmills again.
Paul of Dune was so bad it gave me a seizure that dislocated both of my shoulders and prolapsed my anus.

Re: An Important Announcement of Great Import
meh.
I was gonna make a big ol' InnerNetDrama thing, but then stuff kinda all came up at once,
the 4H kids and the mexicans started bringing in the first cotton, it's week four of 6-man
football, so I gotta stop by the school a coupla times a week to ride the coach's ass (them
kids ain't even come close to winning a game, and don't seem to want to), the living history
encampment season is gearing up, I've got events all over the state I may or may not attend
every weekend from now til next spring ...
BTW Freak: check this out - everybody's talking about this thing:
http://www.firstfederaldivision.com/lan ... event.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
http://www.cleburnes-division.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Twin Rivers Campaign in East Tennessee in November - it's going to be a test-run for this new idea of a "compilation" scenario
for the national events during the Sesquicentennial - hardcore, progressive, & mainstream re-enactors all at the same event;
the "running battle" for the hardcores will start Wednesday morning way out in the woods, and continue up to the "scripted"
battles on Saturday and Sunday - the site is just huge, there will be camps all over, some open to the public, who will be kept
on little trails and escorted in groups - you show up at this big field near the site, drop off your gear, park your vehicles, and
get carted into the site by mule wagon ... I may or may not attend - that drive up to Arkansas the other week was eleven
fucking hours ... I just don't enjoy the long trips the way I used to ..
anyway, the announcement was that after years of badgering the kids at my local hometown ISP, they finally came up with
a wireless internet system that will reach my place .... So, granpa gots the broadband ... granpa's also got a floating
IP that resets every few hours ... so all you cocksuckers out there that've IP banned me, and not just you, Merritt, you ain't
the only piece of shit on my shovel, all them folks can look forward to multiple visits from Mr. Sock Puppetmaster ...
So I give you the Seventh Texas Cavalry (Dismounted) in Firing Line,
with background bagpipes by Captain Christopher Morgan of the 4th US Cavalry ...
(I'm kneeling, third from the left)
