the long and short of it is that Photobucket is not going to let me host the horrible, patently offensive,
sexually explicit, racist, bigoted and violent Next Episode of The Adventures of Spanky McDune,
and I need you people to find me a photo-hosting site that will ....


now, on with the ranting ...

y'all might remember when photobucket deleted the "you raff, you ruse" photo in the giant shrinky
thread - and not the other "you raff, you ruse" image; I called them fucking idiots and then
uploaded "You want Mirrion Dorrar? FUCK YOU, here Bomb!" ...

then I got tired of playing with the 4chan bullshit, and also, on dial-up it's really slow to upload,
and also, after I had uploaded and posted links to a whole bunch of photos here, I realized that I
couldn't reorganize the photobucket albums without breaking the links, and going thru however many
pages to find a pic of Frank or some stupid meme took too long ... so I mostly quit using the thing...

(I also just started hot-linking to images on the webpage I found them, which I had not wanted to
do, because sites go down all the time, and I hate seeing the image placeholder and reading comments
on images I can't see - so I took the time to upload this bullshit to photobucket ....)

so when I started Spanky, I started a new photobucket, realizing about organizing the photos,
then linking ... and checked into the Sandrider_bucket account to find :





and I've got too many damn photos there to really figure out which ones they deleted, but I'm
pretty sure all the "STFU" ones are gone - but, being fucking idiots, a lot worse ones were left
up ...Wash Your Filthy Vagina! f'instance ...

the ONLY one that could apply to ANYTHING that was deleted was the first one:

and if I didn't have so many photos, here and elsewhere, linked to that fucking account, I'd
delete it ... it would take me too long to reup and re-link all of that, and most of it
was just bullshit anyway - accept of course, for all the archive pics of Frank, the handwriting
samples on the "Dune7" discs, ALL my avatars ... which I'll need to re-do anyway, because
I don't think I'm going to be able to resist sending Photobucket a "YOU DUMB FUCKS" email ...

anyway, if y'all got a tip on a photo-hoster that will let me post 3D-model renderings of
two naked, very anatomically detailed fat people fucking in a bathtub, let me know ...

(also, the Torus McCardigan of the Imperial Argosy:Shoreleave @ Ultrapolis thing got
a LOT more interesting when I conjured up a bunch of seriously hot, naked blue chicks
with a reptile skin map and fangs ... (and some other really sick stuff I'd like to share
with a few of you privately, but I need an amoral host - or, send me your email ...)(to
the live.com account, I'm still having fits with the jacurutu.com mail ...)

(or, I guess if I can get all that worked out, I could slide the stuff under the table

They turn Duncan into the "Ultimate Kwisatz Haderach" and use Skytale's null entropy tube to bring back a bunch of dead characters including Paul, Chani and Leto II. Everyone who has read them was disappointed because Hunters and Sandworms are so ridiculous. KJA totally wrecked the ending.

glad mandys solution will work for ya SR. IF ya get desperate you can always host them from your own PC thru your connection if its fast enough. You can use Dymanic DNS and set up a free URL right to a share off your own PC. There is handful of free DNS providers out there, google it.

somewhere else, maybe @T(A)U, I had noted that PictureHoster was being overrun
and drowned in 4chan Fail .... still the case ... I thought I'd use deviantart, that
seemed to make sense, but after creating an account there and starting to upload
the Spanky Adventures, I discovered that only one image at a time can be uploaded,
and each time you have to clicky-click several different buttons, even when uploading
to the same album with the same settings .... of course, I may not have looked hard
enough and there may be a way to bulk-load to deviantart, but I couldn't find it easily,
and I am the motherfucker who coined the term Me Generation and invented
immediate gratification or get out of my face ....

maybe the blahgger option is my solution ...

no, it's that whenever the 4channers congregate on any type of non-corporate site that hosts images without strict moderation,
Pedobear will eventually show up and toss out bait, which brings the rest of them, which results in the admin deleting and IP blocking,
which brings in the Behind >9000 Proxies Team to test the admin's skillz & patience, which eventually results in the admin giving up and
shutting down the site, which is Peodobear's entire intention ...

Every time you bring this up I check Picture Hoster for the 4chan invasion, I ask others who use the site to check... and we can't figure out wtf you're talking about. It hasn't been overrun by 4chan. The owner of Picture Hoster is the owner of Troll Kingdom. There are trolls hosting images on Picture Hoster, someone was probably trolling a site with dong pictures. I just looked through a few pages of the public gallery and couldn't find a single image that seems like it might have come from a 4chan invasion. I would look through more pages but it takes way too long on dial up, grrr. If Mentalist ever gets online I'll ask him about it, but I doubt there's anything to worry about.

I don't know what you're uploading, but maybe you could try tinypic.

my photos every now and then, and they are all pics that've been there awhile, and I don't even know what
