I think a good way to get followers is to start following people who might be interested in your reviews. Follow authors and some of their fans, some of them will follow you back. Follow other bloggers, and when you write a review one of them might be interested in send them the link.

I posted one review so far, but clicking on the "Share" link widget that I added to the blog last night. (BTW, you can all do this: just click on the Share link and it'll post to whatever social media you point to). Not at all sure how to edit it. I'll have to monkey around with it.
