Either that, or you could reverse the two ... sort of what I think of as a "badge-style" T-shirt:
Small logo (or some other smaller item) goes near the left or right breast on the front; the "Paul/Caladan" speech appears in bigger, bolder type on the back.

Maybe a series of shirts, each with a caption on the front and the Jacurutu logo on one sleeve?

I'm not enough of a geek to walk around in a Dune shirt! I'd wear one at a con or something though, where 1 in 100 people might actually get the reference.
Try a text that looks sort of Arabic, it harkens to There is one God and Mohammed is his prophet.
