Did anyone notice that Cave of Birds is down for maintenance? I was just there a few weeks ago, so this is pretty new. Wondering what's going on there.
I also noticed that someone bought the old DoD URL and has put something up. Not sure what that's all about either.

It's the quickening...
Paul of Dune was so bad it gave me a seizure that dislocated both of my shoulders and prolapsed my anus.

Re: Cave of Birds
I was looking over the entries on the DoD site, and it seems they are somehow related to freerepublic.com. If you hover your cursor over the names of the people in this part of the blog http://www.dreamersofdune.com/forums/Dune-Herbert.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; they all link back to freerepublic.com. Also, the comments all look like they're from 2004.
EDIT:
The DoD posts are all reposted from http://www.freerepublic.com/tag/dune/index?tab=articles" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
I noticed The G Man in one of the comments, I'm sure he's the same guy from the old DoD and Worm's.

As an online discussion grows longer, the probability of a comparison involving Hypatia approaches one.
