One question off subject...What is that hanging on your wall behind you? The wooden staff/weapon.

Thanks again for the pics.
I'm actually way behind schedule, I haven't gotten any new ink for a little over 2 years. I have to get this sleeve finished, then I have a really nice plan for my left forearm.Omphalos wrote:Wow. I remember on with a tatoo across your upper torso, and a few on the arm. You've been busy.
Your wish is my command - let me shave my head (been a couple weeks) and then I'll get you a nice beard shot!SandChigger wrote:Whoa.
What's with the beard? Show us the beard.
No, it's a shinto thing, mitsu domoe (spelling questionable). I think it was also a major samauri emblem for a while. I like it because it's a common taiko drum skin design, and I love Japanese drumming (I'm trying to hatch a plan right now to get over to Japan to record live performances of drum troops, but it will take some more scheming before it can come about). I have a rough idea of the religious meaning of the symbol, but I doubt I actually understand it properly.(I don't recognize the earring pattern right off; I really like kamon/family crests, but there are so many of them.... Is it a famous one?)
Thanks Eyes, I know you've been waiting patiently for pics! I'll get up a good pic of my chest tattoo, it's the only colour tat I'm planning for my upper body (you'll like it, it's a christian tattoo... not that I am or ever was a christian though...)Eyes High wrote:Thanks Thing. Those do look like some very nice tatts.
Can hardly wait to see the rest of them. Especially that colored one I saw climbing up your neck.

Mitsu-domoe is fine. (Means "three tomoe(s)", tomoe being the name for one of the comma-shaped, swirly shapes. By itself it means "swirl or eddy", a water thing.A Thing of Eternity wrote:No, it's a shinto thing, mitsu domoe (spelling questionable). I think it was also a major samauri emblem for a while. Cool.
You should post that pic. The only other pics we have on here of a full-blown pink hairy arse are the pics of TheKJA's face.Freakzilla wrote:I think my wife has a picture of me sleeping with my whole backside exposed...

You need to go back again: I edited in something while you were posting.
Good gawd, man, I thought that nasal wen you got rid of was the worst of it....
Actually, no. I redid the futons with it before leaving Japan.chanilover wrote:I bet your belly button has enough fluff in it to stuff a pillow.
You'd still motorboat the shit out of them though, wouldn't you?chanilover wrote:It's a funny shaped rock. You had to be there.
I want to see Combover's moobs, I bet they're really saggy.
