Hey guys, been here for a couple months but I figure I'd say hello officially...

I am big Dune fan, and have been since I read the book a couple years ago. I will be honest right off the bat- I feel like KJA and BH are taking Frank Herbert's creation and dragging it through the mud with nothing but money in mind. KJA is a twat!

Ahem, anyway...I am friends with Trang and Apjak in real life (and yes, they're as ugly as the pictures they post would suggest). I work as a Field Supervisor for a security company based out of Kansas City, MO...the same one that Trang and Apjak used to work for.

I plan to stop by now and again for good opinions and good laughs...see ya.

The Etymology of the "Smugetsu" handle is long and varied enough to be legend by now. For a long time he was known as Smurl. Then there was Smuget, like Nougat. 生む月 sounded cool even though it is nonsense, esp. as a name.
