Gorilla? WTF?Redstar wrote:I'll eat meat, though I really don't like steak or most chicken. I love fish, and nothing can stop me from that. But I eat very little pork, and I would never eat a gorilla.
How about a cat or dog?

I think I have a poor diet, since at times I just want to eat meat raw. When I was younger, and sometimes even now, I have a huge craving for sand. I'd put it in my mouth and just love the taste. I hear that's a sign of malnutrition, since your body is telling you to crave nutrients that can be found in the earth.Baraka Bryan wrote:i love anything from a cow, pig, lamb, deer, chicken.Redstar wrote:I'll eat meat, though I really don't like steak or most chicken. i like shellfish.
i would definitely eat a gorilla steak if it were offered to me. I kind of want to try giraffe
I try not to eat anything I consider sentient, so gorillas and dolphins fall under that list. Same with pigs, though I love breaded porkchops with mac & cheese and peas. But it's easy to avoid bacon.

Steak is decent, but I eat it very rarely (in both senses of the word
) I eat a lot of fish (raw and cooked) and some chicken.
That said, I'm practically vegitarian, I eat maybe 5% of the meat the average person I know eats per year. I'm going to try and actually count how much I eat this year to see how much less than the average westerner I eat.

It's not? I've never looked for it or used t, but I'll bet it tastes great. The only time I use anything other than just vegitable stock is when I make myself french onion soup, then I use beef stock... unless I'm sharing with my girl, then I'm back to vegi stock.Freakzilla wrote:I think pork stock should be sold in grocery stores.

No, you can get chicken, beef, vegetable and even fish. Not pork.A Thing of Eternity wrote:It's not? I've never looked for it or used t, but I'll bet it tastes great. I usually get smoked pork neck bones to make stock from.

Steak is by far my favorite food. Dry aged 30 days even better. Chickens I consider to be vegetables, and I eat plenty of vegetables.
I’ll eat anything from the sea except mammals. I consider Gorillas to be human….at least so much so that I would never eat them, same with all primates.
Steak...Mmmmmm

Weird. There's not much pork anything anywhere near I live. None of the big grocery stores carry very much, and the small stores (mostly Halal) don't have any at all. All I eat from a pig is the bacon though so I don't mind.Freakzilla wrote:No, you can get chicken, beef, vegetable and even fish. Not pork.A Thing of Eternity wrote:It's not? Since I've cut back on meat I've found a huge improvement in how much I can enjoy food, even meat. Now that I'm not conditioned to total salt overload everything has much richer flavours, and when I do eat something salty like meat or sushi it feels more like a special occasion meal than just regular fare. I feel a lot better too, clearer mind, more energy... but - that's not necessarily the lack of meat, could just be the increase of real vegitables and fresh cooking rather than out of the jar/microwave junk with 15 ingredients that I can't even pronounce.

The imagine that produced was ....Freakzilla wrote:I won't eat tongue. I don't like the idea of my food tasting me.

I'm a meat and potato kind of gal. The only "organ" I'll eat would be a boiled gizzard. I don't want to eat any livers, kidneys, hearts, nor brains. And most assurdly NO TONGUES)
I've never thought about eating any type of primate and could not picture myself doing so unless I was truely starving.
Bring on the meat. Medium Well is best. Yum Yum.
What fear is there in the night?
