And to me, Derek is always remembered first and foremost as Claudius("I, Claudius").
What are you talking about?? Derek Jacobi is...The Master rebooorn ;) (Just kidding) Since my childhood I remembered him for being "Uncle Cla, Cla, Clavdivs" in "I' Clavdivs" and I was positively surprised when I found out he was playing the newest incarnation of The Master (at least for two episodes) in Doctor Who.

Meh, my spelling, especially of names, suffers alot after a long night shift.

I know why they put those movies in, I just plain don't like it.

And, uh, I'm not sure any of the three movies mentioned with them would draw the same audience as this new one would.
Frankly, the Israeli audience is a bit cut off(not to mention dumb. and also very dumb), and unless they put the same movies in the American etc posters then the publicity peeps are waay cut off.

I've only seen about four or five episodes, but I rather enjoyed them. Kinda low production values, but I'll watch anything where pompous churchmen are shown to be idiots. :D

I loved the Claudius books when I read them in college. ;)

IDK if "low production" is the right name for it, it looks more like a theater production to me, I believe that was the intentional style.

That Afleck dude is always around filming him, everyone thinks he's making a "mockumentary" or something like that.

Sorry, Ty, it was something I saw on the tube about a year ago, so I haven't looked for it on YouTube or anything. She was basically telling someone (maybe Anderson Cooper or Larry King?) about when she was doing some red carpet reportage and Gwyneth Paltrow showed up with a female friend (the daughter of some director or other Hollywood name). I'll see if I can find a video online.... ;)
