Do y'all really think spending more is going to get us out of the economic mess we're in? Studying why pigs smell? Save the salt marsh mouse? Has everyone gone mad? He is taxing the hell out of the people that work to feed this country and giving it to bums. If you confiscated all the income of every american who makes over $250,000 we still wouldn't be able to pay for this. And those people pay like 60% of the taxes! About 47% of Americans are tax CONSUMERS, meaning they don't pay and still get money back. Meanwhile the taxes go higher and higher for people who work.

Obama has broken almost all his campaign promises, and it's been what, a month? This is a liberal power grab, nothing more. They are polarizing the country into class warefare and leading us into certain depression.

THIS IS WHAT THE SOCIALISTS WANT!

Spending creates a buyer. If private citizens aren't going to buy, the government has to till things smooth out. Spending also creates jobs and lasting things that we all can use like good bridges. So what if we tax the rich...isn't their job to create jobs in the first place? I don't see much of that happening.....in fact they would rather cut jobs to get a bigger bonus! Fuck them. It's the middle class that matter the most.

I listen to Neil Bortz in the morning, Hannity and Herman Cain on the way home. What they say makes sense to me.

Lowering their taxes wouldn't encourage spending?

With lower taxes they could hire more people, expand their business, give people raises, etc...

Why steal from our future generations?

I hear people call in every day who own their own business and are packing up and moving overseas because they can't afford to pay the taxes anymore.

My mother's own business of twenty years failed because she couldn't pay the taxes.
