Horrible songs
I always try to listen to, in my opinion, good music. Every now and then I go on a musical YouTube safari ... and come across truly horrible songs. Do your worst!
"... the mystery of life isn't a problem to solve but a reality to experience."
“There is no escape—we pay for the violence of our ancestors.”
Sandrider: "Keith went to Bobo's for a weekend of drinking, watched some DVDs,
and wrote a Dune Novel."

Let's see ... how about this:
Actually, I have to admit Baccara is a bit of a guilty pleasure to me. I remember this from my childhood and the weekly music program on television.

Can I put everything on the radio here?

Paul of Dune was so bad it gave me a seizure that dislocated both of my shoulders and prolapsed my anus.

Re: Horrible songs
I really don't listen to the popular stations anymore. i always thought I wouldn't become an old fart that can not appreciate new music anymore ... but most of it is just crap. It probably also was when I was young of course.Freakzilla wrote:Can I put everything on the radio here?
But thinking about those days ... perhaps I can top Baccara with this one ... the combination of the song and video makes this truly horrible.

I can not help myself ... I just remembered this one:
... and again I have to admit it this song is also a guilty pleasure of mine ... especially because my own voice type comes close to the singer's and I can sing "balla"very convincingly.

Re: Horrible songs
I like that video, I'm so ashamed.
The song without it wouldn't be the same though, a bit like a Rihanna clip.
That Rico guy was really bad, but if we're talking true horror, how about that.

Even the board won't have it in preview...

Re: Horrible songs
I think I will need to listen to a few other songs as well. I see the possibility of Python influence as well ... but am not yet convinced whether Tyak is a genius or a madmanAquila ka-Hecate wrote:It's Python-esque.Serkanner wrote:Aquila ka-Hecate wrote:Google My Body Is Made Of Sunlight by Circulus.

I'm still very proud of The Quarry but … let's face it; in the end the real best way to sign off would have been with a great big rollicking Culture novel.
