Oh wow. I want to know which forgotten piece of movie brilliance those desert fragments were from.

Shame I didn't really enjoy the music, which seems to have been the main point of the trailer.

Gutted it's incomplete though, sad story.

Good grief! That fan film embodies very how weird and crazy looking Jodorowsky's Dune would look like. With exception of the ornithopters crashing into the Imperial towers and the weird CNN parody broadcast of the Fremen, I liked it. If one can manipulate the concept art for Jodorowsky's Dune make something out of them, then perhaps J's Dune could be pulled off as a wholly CG low budget film or an interactive movie.

I'm still waiting for that documentary on J's Dune to come out on DVD, or at least come to art house theaters in the US already.
