Leto II is gone for good, except for OM. The "pearl" was just that; a miniscule portion of what Leto was, and not a compressed version of the whole. The pearl that the worms have do not make them Leto, or in any way similar to him.

I look forward to seeing his reply but I have to wonder if his answer wouldn't be more interesting if it turns out not to be related to Dune.

Just listened to this piece for the 1st time today. I'm sure it took a fair bit of effort but I thought it was complete shite. Sorry Vargar, perhaps when your compositional skills have improved but today, no thanks.
