I would think that Brian would know better about where to take the series since he was Frank's son after all. Totally agree! Brian is,after all, working from his fathers notes. Plenty of people? Millions of fans love the new books compaired to a few people on the internet.
Think about all the new readers this has brought to Dune, a science fiction book that has been in print for almost fifty years!

I've never tried DN forums before but looked around their dead board some today and wasn't impressed. Although Byron did link to an interview with Zoe Saldana and she mentions re-reading Dune while filming Colombiana.

Was in love with her physical beauty after seeing the Star Trek remake. Now I'm in love with her mind.
