the Captain got a little weird on into the seventies when my boys were young - about the time
Lumpy Brannum (Mr GreenJeans) got really wiped out on the coke - lots of stuff got left on the
cutting room floor - I remember have a real bad trip in 69 behind that goddamn moose-puppet ....

But really, when I think about it, I really hope that Kevin does believe himself to be a good writer, and that he honestly thinks this shit is his best work.
