No. I assume you have read the books so you know how FH portrays the uniforms. Ther movies are readily available for the ones inclined to watch those monstrosities, of which I don't want to have a part, and can see whether the uniforms are indeed presented as FH describes them. I assume you are willing to watch the movies otherwise you wouldn't be bothered if the uniforms in the movie were or weren't how FH described them. In other words: you can answer your own question instead of asking others to waste the time finding an answer.

Sure! In Denis Villeneuve's films, such as "Dune," the Sardaukar uniforms have a distinct and impressive aesthetic. They are presented as elite warrior uniforms, with distinctive elements suggesting a combination of advanced technology and cultural and historical influences. However, to make a more precise comparison between the portrayal in the films and the descriptions in the books, we should first analyze the details specified in Frank Herbert's works and compare them to what we see in Villeneuve's film adaptation.Serkanner wrote: ↑12 May 2024 11:57Go ahead, What have you found out about it?GeneralMacek wrote: ↑12 May 2024 11:50 Let's analyze how faithful the portrayal of Sardaukar uniforms is in Denis Villeneuve's movies compared to the descriptions in the books.
