Seriously, how could he write the books if he hadn't read them?
In fact, I believe there is a interview floating around that explains how Brian Herbert decided upon Kevin Anderson after he demonstrated how much Dune had influenced his own novels such as Blindfold.
Oops.
Accidentally breaking that damned fourth wall there, buddy?

In what way does that have anything to do with his Dune knowledge? I have the Bible but that doesn't make me an expert on the contents does it?KJA wrote:Brian is not only his son, and has all his notes, but co-authored books with the man.Freakzilla wrote:I'm not impressed with Brian Herbert's Dune knowledge either.

Of course you're not. Jesus ain't your dad and you didn't co-author any gospels with him, eitherSerkanner wrote:In what way does that have anything to do with his Dune knowledge? And which Dune book was written by both Frank and Brian again? Brian has proven time and again failing to grasp even the most basic idea's in Dune. Being Frank's son doesn't change one god damned thing about that. Now you are making me angry and all. Happy?KJA wrote:Of course you're not. What? Complain about DN? Quote?Tleszer wrote:KJA, if you don't mind me asking, what username did you use at DN. I'd just find it strange complaining about a place where you haven't been....
Orald said all the posters at DN were children.
(That's a "confused" emoticon in my last post by the way)

Which disaster... saying that people at DN are children, that our friends here are children, that I don't know what a confused emoticon looks like, that KJA is a killing word (obviously not a reflection on this KJA... yet ), or that I seem to like to shoot myself in the foot...GamePlayer wrote:Yeah, this certainly has disaster written all over it
*chortle*
Which has disaster written all over it?

Now I'm starting to think you might be KJA, you spelled Tleilaxu wrong.KJA wrote:Freakzilla, Crysknife, Theilaxu Master B, and Omphalos are over at DNorald wrote:That's because they're all still little kids over at DN.
Paul of Dune was so bad it gave me a seizure that dislocated both of my shoulders and prolapsed my anus.
