Yes t'is I from Arrakeen, hi everyone sorry I've been absent but I still have no net access at home, so I'm using whatever PC I can get to these days.

I've been very busy lately with the typing up of the US & UK edition of Heretics & Chapterhouse Dune novels, Freak and Sandchigger as I understand have been spreading them far and wide (Thanks guys). But those were v1.1, I've recently completed v2.0 which has cleared up many spelling errors (Originally I did over many nights ussually at 3am fueled with much caffine and nicotine) so more up-to-date copies are availble if you want them, just email at garry_johnston@hotmail.com. Expect a delay with my intermittant net access.

Also I've been working on a new timline which I'm glad to see has been posted on the board, thanks for the comments, keep them comming.

Uh oh, Freak, I'd be worried about my board now if I were you. :o

Anyone else finding the coincidence of both of them signing up one after the other a bit, uh, conspicious?

Edric is here to help us all get a better understanding of Dune. End of story. Please give him a chance to contribute and see where he wants to go before dredging up ancient history, please.

Oh, while y'all dredge up stuff about Hyp?

I can only promise to try to be somewhat quiet. Somewhat.

For one who has lived as long as I have, mine's not ancient either.

'Tis only a tenth of my life, is all.

I thought old men were more forgetful.

(Those who can lay true claim to "ancient" laugh at your audacity...Pup.)

Achlan wasachlan, Edric!

I have sent you an email in response to your question.

Hey Edric.

I'm a little late on this subject, but are you working on .pdf'ing the original series? If so, I'd love to get copies. Mine are at least 10 years old and full of errors.

There's room enough on this board for both you and the one you hold a grudge against. Hopefully, it will stay that way, because both of your are interesting dudes with a lot to contribute.......

Your welcome, Heretics and Chapterhouse were a real struggle with the volume of material but it was well worth it.
