As far as I know. It is however the Mod/Admins job to enforce them as they see fit.

Sure. You just have to remember that "a minimum" in rule 2 is kind of like the limit everywhere else. You can't swear UNDER a certain amount.:D

Maybe if most other boards were a bit more mature and allowed some harsh language, we wouldn't have this knee-jerk, church lady reaction every time someone types "fuck". Relax people, it's just a word :)
