Then it will be Granny. I'm just warning you!
But I agree, I wish I had a unique name.

I think naming people after lit is great, there are way to many James and Bobs and Alexs etc. I have a friend named Lorien (everyone just calls him Lo) after Loth Lorien in LoTR.

IDK how "different" Lorien is, it's got a normal Europian sound to it IMO, kinda French-ish.

But would you call your son Waff or Scytale? I don't think so.

Sheena is a nice enough name if no one mentioned it yet.
In memory of Perach, who suffered and died needlessly.

I wish I could have been with you that one last time.

(I knew a Lorene once, so Lorien isn't the least bit odd. You'd even have a choise of two pronunciations. ;) )

I'm not sure how Lorene could be pronounced Lorien?

I don't know if any of you watch Mind of Mencia, but he made fun of bad baby names on one of his shows. The only ones I can remember are Toprameneesha and Usnavy.

Me, either. I meant the other way: both could conceivably be pronounced "Lor-EEN". ;)

I saw something on the tube the other night with a young woman named Calvineeka.
