Harkonnen intent...

Post by distrans »

franks story speak of theyre focus

but it doesnt speak to how such intent could have existed across the generations it would take to gain power

history shows that intent via power is lost as power is gained and then wielded
its functionaries lose sightt of the originalism it want to speak for

how did they and other major powers maintain intent across the oceans of time it took their first intentions to make the story we know?

The societies that were too stupid to carry out long-term plans are most likely gone by the time of Dune. All that's left is the professionals. There's no more amateur hour in 20,000 years.
