As far as I can tell, it hasn't been confirmed who the final cylon is. Certain people have been confirmed in interviews to not be one, however.

I promise I'm not lying! They're not letting the identity of the final Cylon out of the bag yet. We probably won't find out until they send out the screeners to the media. I'm trying to be spoiler free this season.. makes it more fun. Last year I knew almost everything before it happened.

Yes, that's all speculation so far. Nothing in fourth season has confirmed it.

Speaking of which, fourth season rocks so far!

For me it's not that hard to be spoiler free, since I don't frequent BSG or ci-fi sites and I don't remember most of the stuff you guys mention about BSG anyway.
I only watched 1st season so far. Can't really get my interest started again it seems.

But this time Baltar doesn't miss a...stroke and finishes. But refuses to answer Gaeta's calls or messages afterward.
