Hope you're up for some lively discussion. We don't look to kindly on the new books here and we've had our fair share of trolls coming here to attempt to stir up trouble.

That being said, give an honest answer, get an honest response; ask troll questions and we throw you to SandRider. If you can answer direct questions and give reasons to defend your responses then that will go a long way to letting us know your here to talk Dune and not to troll or shill. (Heck if you actually give answers thats a start!)

I apologize for going all 3rd degree, especially since you stated you'd like to focus on Dune discussion. It will be especially interesting to have meaningful conversations with someone who's coming from the opposite direction of beginning with NuDune and now heading into the Canon works.

Welcome Welcome to the sietch!

My first question: Why the name Enno? I'll admit it was the name which sent up red flags in my mind. What about that character made you choose him for a namesake?

And when SandRider's done with you and your water has been poured on the sand, I get to do nasty things to the corpse dust.

But assuming you're cool, achlan wasachlan bik fi-sitshina! (Welcome, doubly welcome to you to our sietch!) :)

Like a fremen learning to swim im out of my element. And the sound of it appeals to me N O clearly negative but that doesnt mean im looking to make my way among the cast out falsely this really is the only place that talks about Dune.
Cast my water upon the sand prematurely and youll anger my shade. :Adolf:

his username didn't send up any red flags for me because I have not read the McDune save what has been
reposted here, and even then, Keith's names slip thru my mind and out like baseball trivia and court dates ...

so ...

but, he's a Wanderer, and possible a TruthSeeker, so we'll hold his water in reserve for the tribe,

Welcome Enno.

And guys give him a chance, he/she said he has only read the new ones not that they were better or as good as the originals.

Enno., looking forward to hear more from you.
