Looks like Keith had some spare time on his hands. Watched a movie over the weekend and made this posting on his Fbook:

Watched ARMAGEDDON again, head still hurting from slapping my forehead. With that big a budget, couldn't they read a science textbook?

Now if we could get Keith to read a science book, or perhaps a book about creative writing, then we might have progress.

Looks like he's trying to pass himself off as Teh Science Guy.

As if that will add more weight to his "books".

This coming from the guy who is routinely criticized in reviews for his poor science. He's simply without shame.

I have to wonder... do you think he's deliberately trolling us? Y'know, just posting something that he knows is bullshit to see if he can get a reaction out of us?

I don't think he's smart enough to do something semi-clever, like in this particular case. However, I'm almost certain we've gotten him to react before ... much like a child reacts to not getting its way.

The one that comes to mind is the description of his busy day, followed by a little editorial aside. It went something like this (paraphrasing): "6 hrs. writing, 8 hrs. editing, brainstormed w/ Brian, talked w/ editor at TOR, did 4 interviews, completed outline for Kangaroos of Dune. And people say writing isn't work. Rolls eyes."

I'm almost certain that was a shot at the OH, since we had, during that time, been making fun of the fact that he'd shrivel up and die if he ever had to actually work for a living.

There's been a couple of other times that have been too coincidental, as well. Anytime Anderhack starts taking shots at unseen enemies, there's at least half a chance that it's directed at this site or Chiggie's blog.

Oh, I'm sure those were just uncanny coincidences!

that means he's seen it at least once before; so if it sucks so much why watch it again ?
Maybe it was necessary to understand even the alleged poor scientific content of that movie.
Which, btw, I didn't need to watch to know there would be quite some liberty with science...

That's a good example.

The recent images of him with all his shiny-new hiking gear — that looked like it had been worn for maybe a quarter of a mile, tops — were posted right in the middle of a "No way Keith is a hiker" trend here, at the clubhouse, and at the ChigBlog.

He started posting the on-the-trail pix of himself after I posted pix of myself out in the snow last February.
