Hi

Post by Abraxas »

Hi, I've been a fan of the Dune series since first reading it 7 years ago. I stopped at Heretics back then but have recently started rereading the whole series, and I hope to make it to Chapterhouse this time. In all honesty Dune has had more of an impact on my life than any other work of fiction or nonfiction. I doubt I would be the same person today if I hadn't read it back then. I also have a soft spot for the movie and miniseries, since it was what first introduced me to Dune. I just try to forget the KJA stuff exists though... :?

Glad to see you made it!

In Atlanta, huh? I live in Douglasville and work in Duluth.

It's a small world but I wouldn't want to paint it.

Paulding County RULES! :P I live there, my address is in the city of Douglasville but it's in Paulding county, not Douglas.

It's a good place to raise a family. Not a whole lot to do if you're young and single, though.

True, didn't mind it when I was growing up here, but now that i've lived in atlanta for a few years it's hard to go back to it. Just really bored out here. I get a lot of reading done, at least. I'm about 10 minutes from rockmart...
