I felt a little bit disappointed by this one. The writer had lots of interesting narrative ideas, but ultimately, the story could've used two or three more rounds of editing, to fix the spelling and grammar issues, and eventually, the story loses steam.

This is pretty well done, in terms of both prose style and story ideas. It needs a good editorial pass and a few more drafts to refine the ending, but it's a terrific work in progress. Solid B+.
