I'm a huge Stephen Colbert fan so imagine my delight when I came across this:

Can't wait to see how Colbert responds. I don't expect much result. I know he loves his fans and would get a kick out of doing something like this but the potential fallout for it might be above his paygrade.

This is pretty cool, I can't wait to see if he mentions it tonight.

Not so sure. We're talking about a guy who ran for president, and was able to get the U.S. president to order a four-star General to shave his (Colbert's) head, purely for comic effect. I'm not sure he has any notion of anything "above his paygrade".

I love Colbert, I don't know how anyone on FOX has been able to resist quitting and becoming a hermit between the truthiness him and Stewart shove down their throats every time they say something moronic (which is every time they open their mouths of course).

Damn the fallout, couldn't be worse than the Grand Moron's debacle.
