I'm not, ultimately, rooting for them but it is a pleasure to watch them play, even when they're each trying too hard to jam it up the middle and get photogenic goals like they were in the first half. They make it look so easy.

Usually when Americans use "eh" to mock Canadians they get it's use all wrong, but you nailed it. (NOT that you were mocking us of course, probably just hanging around too many Canucks!) I believe the normal American thing to say in that situation would have been "huh".
