If you answer a question correctly, you get to ask a question.
If the person who currently has a question decides to pass, but there should only ever be one question up at a time.
So it's currently Freak's turn, and unless he decides not to ask one, no one else gets to ask one.
One would think that reading through the thread would make this obvious.

Like others have said, the trick is not to give away the answer by using obvious words to search for. Take the "Fane of the Oracle" question, for example.
