(Hey, did I have a major brainfart yesterday or something? Has the hardcover page been up on Amazon for a while now? In the one thread I started back in July, I mentioned that there was only "this Kindle page" on the US site, so I know it wasn't online yet then. Got to wondering after posting the link above for hardcover page if I had confused it with the US page for Twisterhood, which still hadn't gone online the last time I checked [yesterday]. That UFO granny bitch Marilyn Martin over on Amazon uses it all the time, along with "cyber-parasite", and I just figured it was some bullshit she'd come up with all on her stupid, lunatic lonesome. Though it makes more sense that it's something that's growing in popularity and she's just picked up on it somewhere.
