I am Orthodox.

As it says, I am Orthodox. For some reason I've always appreciated that word. It has such an invokable meaning; not prestige, but silent respect for a long-forgotten way.

I am truly glad to be here.

Actually, My water was taken before as another vassal. You'll excuse me if I don't elaborate. If you know, you know, if you don't -- PM me.

Welcome to the right place, did you find us through the wrong place, or by some other method?

Hello, Orthodox, and welcome (or would that be twice welcome - you don't seem like a total stranger?).

I like the avatar - something about it says Brian Aldiss to me.

The Green Brain picture by Pennington is one of my favorite covers. If you take outside of the context of the book, it looks as though it's that "over your dead head" sort of imagery.

@AToE: Yes. And No. I knew of Jacurutu, and I have been apart of Jacurutu. But there are certain things that if said compromise the freedom of another. I cannot answer inquiries of myself, for the sleeper would awaken. The Dark One would shed my vassal, and bonds of great importance would be broken.

Oh hell no. Being Sloey would require some major, major surgery.
