Baked fresh blackcurrant & cranberry scones for my sweetie for Valentine's Day, so she can have a romantic day reading HELLHOLE manuscript
I just want to express my luv in public for my sweetie!

He was so thoughtful to buy some scones for me to munch on while reading his manuscript.

Meanwhile, he enjoyed on Valentine's Day "...a nice invigorating walk with the digital recorder."

Her actual 2/14 Twit is about as inspiring as many of his: about a blog she has posted.

This, however, was GOLD:

She'd better thank him.

I just checked her credits again ... and she's literally had nothing published from a legitimate press that isn't some sort of collaboration with Keith (with 85 percent of that being throwaway Star Wars YA crap). And, seriously, who's to say that — much like our good friend Fuzzy Herbert — she's actually done any of the writing?

TheKJA has mentioned more than once that she's got a good sense of the publishing business. Which is fine, but that doesn't make her an author. At this point, I'm afraid there's not a shred of evidence that "international bestselling author" Becky Moesta has ever written a word of fiction in her life. Hell, with The Other Guy, they at least pretend to photograph him with a computer.

makes you wonder exactly who they're trying to fool here, people who would read that spin or themselves...

I used to hang out in a booth in a bar
with a woman who'd set her phone to vibrate
and stick it down her jeans - other people would
join us and leave, and I'd keep calling her on my phone,
pretending I was trying to get ahold of my wife ....

One of the things I like about you is your unabashed embrace and diabolical application of modern technology.

if there's a way to misuse something for shock value or
just plain shits & giggles, I'll find it - can't prove it, but
I'm pretty sure I'm the first guy to photocopy his ass
and Fax it to corporate headquaters ....
