I'm decidedly dubious about one whisky bottle being enough to do the job.

One of the forums I'm a member of has a fair share of women. They're out there on the net, but most of them probably don't want to hang around where you do.

Anime seems to do better than the other fandom's, though seeing a 50 something male with a beer keg belly in Sailor Moon outfit is enough to make me want to want to attend church.....

Film fandom is by far the best, at least in my own experience. Most are semi-normal and at least know what a bar of soap is, even if their sense of style resembles a car crash. The one anime/video game girl I did date was plenty of fun, but not exactly what one would call relationship material :(

For shame Tyrant! That's Tricia Helfer, the infamous Number 6 from Battlestar Galactica. A very fine looking Canadian :)

I hate television. I don't watch it. But I've gone out of my way to watch all three seasons of Battlestar Galactica (2004) on DVD and via the internet because it's so good. It's one show that I'd recommend to any genre fan.

And yes, Tricia is always fine looking and very "alert", ahem... :)

Does anyone ever use the word "pert" in any other context? ;)

I do believe that I have been channeling Sloey's id.

HEPP ME!

(I have to admit, Nekhrun, I had a good laugh when I saw that this afternoon. :D

My joking about losing my hair isn't a coping mechanism, btw. I can't wait for the rest of it to go, honest!)

I understand. Last year when I noticed "the thinning" I shaved my head. I never wanted to be one of those guys who had to hang on to every last hair. I actually think it's made me even more intimidating to my co-workers. I knew it would someday happen so I enjoyed my locks when I had them.
