I also watch a lot of RFD-TV, but only because they're re-running Hee-Haw.
(I love me some Buck Owens & Roy Clark is one the top five guitar pickers of all time)
plus, I've got some mules I'm working with, and the "Mule Training" series is amazing.
(farm-porn angle, too, but WTF ...)

Every now and then I get mesmerized by the Polka Joe Show :)

When there's nothing on, I can always rely on the DVR'd episodes of Namaste Yoga from FitTV. Not only does
it bring out my inner voyeur, but I find the voice cadence and music very relaxing.
