Hiya.

I need to go to bed, but I fell asleep during "Ghost Lab" (puts me to sleep EVERY time!) and can't sleep now. (We had an aftershock at 3:15 and another one after that but I didn't look at the clock, so I'm wide awake. )

Leto II is gone for good, except for OM. The "pearl" was just that; a miniscule portion of what Leto was, and not a compressed version of the whole. The pearl that the worms have do not make them Leto, or in any way similar to him.

Hiya.

Was in the middle of composing something and the phone rang.

Had a quaker (no oats) this morning, and a tsunami warning mark on the TV screen for a while, but nothing seems to have changed.

It's nice. For as you know, kids come before computer.

Good one D.

Oh, btw, Hey K, Hey SR.

Hey anyone who has snuck in here.

But D, it's kinda funny how real life and forum life reflect eachother. Just got onto my nephew about telling his sister what books she can or cannot read.

He read a book the other week and she checked it out this week and he just snapped at her saying: "I told you not to get that book."

Seems like the book has a few curse words in it. But she is 18 months older than he, and even though he is more mature than she, HE has no right to tell HER what books she may check out of the school library.

Just funny that he and I had to have that talk after the Nebby thing this morning.

Edited to add: the book in question is:

I didn't mean the thread with bacon, I meant the thread where we wonder about people who haven't shown up in awhile.

I'm trying to find a house for rent near my office, it'd be like a $500/mo raise.

I'm in and out of this forum like a junkie with reality, but i still remember that it wasn't that populated. So I gotta ask: whatta heck happened on the 2nd of august last year?

"Most users ever online was 146 on Mon Aug 02, 2010"

Just curious :)
