In that case, no, I think it wont change.
In my conversations with other Cubans and from my own perspective/experience, Cuba's government will start to change slowly only after Fidel Castro Ruz is dead. There are contingency plans that will not allow chaos to flourish. These plans belong to both, U. S. A. & Cuba. There are also "corporate contingency plans" for installations of businesses in the Island. Also realize, Cuba has to be re-constructed from the ground up, including infrastructure. There "will be" Kanly in the Island; It will be originated from within & from the outside, mainly Miami. As much as I and other Cubans in & out of the Island would like to try to turn "the other cheek", there will be blood spilled. The forms of Kanly, or to use the ancient language, Vendetta, will be obeyed. :evil:
