I dabbled a bit with the Elder Scrolls Oblivion one, but I kept forgetting where I was hiding my stashes, so I gave up ^^

Skyrim is my first TES game (I'm more into post-apocalyptia, aka Fallout) but I'm finding it quite fun. And you should've found yourself a "base of operations" to keep your stuff, there are many available (houses, guild headquarters, etc) And sell the rest

Ha Fallout ! I'm still running around New Vegas, I can't bring myself to finish the main storyline as I have so many side quests started (got the game guide to help me make decisions considering the complexity of the plans within plans )
Fallout 2 I just set out to be the biggest bastard ever, even the slavers were in awe of me lol
(I killed all the merchants I found, but not after buying the full repair stuff, so then when I robbed them I got my money back and kept the items, plus the bonus of their mercs' equipment too)

And I did chose a base, it's just I changed it everytime I found new gear ^^
