You need to try real cloudy beer, not something from these big producers like Kieths and Rickards (they make fine beer, but they don't make great beer, especially their unfiltered beers - they're "dumbed down" for the average drinker IMO, barely any yeast left at all). Try something (anything) from a small brewery and see how you like it.Baraka Bryan wrote:I want to try the new keith's white...I didn't like their red nearly as much as rickard's red so i'm curious how this one stacks up to rickard's white.A Thing of Eternity wrote:I like any unfiltered beer... or at least I haven't ran across one I haven't yet.
I'd recommend La Fin Du Monde. It comes in big single bottles corked like wine, it's triple fermented 9% and tastes like nothing else. It's from Quebec, and is definitely one of my favorite beers (along with all the other beers made by the same brewery).

I love anything from Unibroue! (how would that be pronounced though? That's always bugged me...Rakis wrote:It is tasty !A Thing of Eternity wrote:You need to try real cloudy beer, not something from these big producers like Kieths and Rickards (they make fine beer, but they don't make great beer, especially their unfiltered beers - they're "dumbed down" for the average drinker IMO, barely any yeast left at all). That's what I've been thinking it might be pronounced as... could be a brew type sound on the end too though..Freakzilla wrote:Unibrow? That doesn't seem right, because there is more than three quotes in a post just a few blocks above yours.Rakis wrote:...
