Some of the seasons were split into two parts. iTunes classifies each part as a separate season, Wikipedia says they are on season 7, but points out that many do not count the seasons that were split as one season.

Anyone else watch The Killing last night (AMC)? It was really surprisingly good.

Oh yeah, I was happy to find Krod Mandoon streaming on Netflix. Its amazingly campy and still hilarious. Chancellor Dongalor is definitely in the top ten fantasy villains ever. Its amazing how much they packed into 6 episodes.

I enjoyed it as well. Very atmospheric with just enough creepiness to actually make me interested. Often enough I can watch something and enjoy but not feel any connect with the characters, which is probably why I'm not a fan of Fringe besides Walter Bishop.

Also, there's something about Holder (thankfully the character and not the acting) that kinda pisses me off.

I might take a gander @ that ...
one of the things I'm really digging about the netflix
instant-watch ... I'll load something up, let it start ...
if my attention's not captured, I can forward it a little ...
click it off and watch something else ... or maybe I might
be interested in it, but just not right now ... don't have to
sit and watch it right then, or all the way thru ... and I
can re-watch certain things over again any time ... this
has been good for some of the documentaries ... just want
a refresher, or "did I really hear what I thought I heard?"

I've been real happy with the high-speed innerwebz and
taking out the satellite ... mexicans are too, after I got
them an Xbox to use as the "device" for the netflix to
connect to the big TV ... set up a wireless hub, too,
so they can all use laptops ... that's working well ...
the younger ones can sit at the table or on their bunks
and watch whatever they want and not bother the old
guys who are systematically going thru all the Rat Patrols
on Hulu ... (Adam12 is next) ....

also on Hulu - the first two years of Charlie's Angels ...

Screw Syfy. Won't even give 'em a chance again. Screw them and the horse they rode in on.

Cheers for the heads up Mandy, that's the first I heard of the show. Bought the first season of BSG for £5 from a local charity shop, watched roughly half of it, It's OK, but it's no Farscape. :D

I have watched the first season of Game of Thrones ( and am reading volume three at the moment ) and enjoyed it. The latest news is that a Dutch actress will be playing Melisandre in season two. For me this is quite a downer because this actress is in my not very humble opinion the most overrated actress this country has. She is a good looking woman indeed and never too shy to undress in front of a camera, but I seriously dislike her acting. Her name: Carice van Houten.
