The English only rule is there because I only understand English and I can do without the bitching about it.

If someone trustworthy would like to moderate an Other Language forum here I'd be happy to set it up.

Unless I completely misread something, nobody was bitching about the "English only" rule. It just seemed a bit of overkill to me the way the point was being made, when no Spanish had even been posted.
