That follows. After all, it would make sense that if his
writing is regurgitated shit, so would be his interviews

More softball questions:

And, believe it or not, the answers are even more smug and self-satisfied than usual.

I feel like I've read that interview before... I swear I've seen that first comment before as well...
And you're right, Duke. It's a terrible interview. Cookie-cutter with no new questions being asked.

Jeez! I am not sure what is worse anymore: reading the Hack's books or his interviews.

About ten years after Frank’s death, when I had established myself as a successful and critically acclaimed writer, I contacted Brian to see if he had any plans to complete this great unfinished story. We hit it off immediately and brainstormed together…and since then we have written 12 novels — ~2 million words — together.
I KNEW IT! Finally, proof that he went after Dune.

THAT story keeps changing, too. Just like the "notes."
Fucking liars, all of them. Absolutely shameless.

Brian and I have a lot of energy when we brainstorm together.
oh no that's... gross to say the least!

Sorry Ampoliros, but how was the previous story they told about their first contact? I always pictured that Kevin was the one who contacted Brian, Am I wrong?
I`m tired of kevin`s interview, he says he is a very imaginative guy, but I can`t see nothing about that on his books or interviews...

Has this interview with Bobo been post yet? The article has a terrible layout, the right side is cut off.

Well shit, that's not how Bobo's biggest fan tells it over on Amazon!

You can read it without the right side being cut off if you copy and paste the article into Word.
Interesting. According to the article, KJA was invited to write a short story and, perhaps smelling the $$$$ like any good snake oil salesman, he contacted Bobo about a Dune novel. I wonder how long it took the Hack to convince BH to write Dune 7 ... after the House and Legends books?

"... and really Frank Herbert in that was warning that a charismatic leader can be very dangerous and that we don't want to follow charismatic leaders; they can lead us off the edge of a cliff."
Really, Brian? Then why the hell did you guys end Sandworms with humanity and the thinking machines united under the Super-Duper KH??

What's that about a volume of Dune short stories? Anyone ever hear of that before? I don't remember hearing that.
EXPRESS: What do you think are the differences between your works and those of your father, and what role do you think "Dune" has in science fiction literature?
HERBERT: Our writing style is slightly different — it's more modern
He's quite inarticulate, too.

To Keith and Bobo, "modern" = "A, then B, then C, always leading the reader along by the nose."
Exhibit A as to why neither one of them will ever be nominated for any award, ever.

His website is Wordfire.com, right?
And everyone uses KJA as his identification, right?
(I figure that's an official email, kind of a no-brainer, like my address on hairyticksofdune.net. It's not the personal one that I've used before. For all I know, it may be Diane or Deb Ray that opens that kja one.)
Edit: Btw, "RestlessKnight" is our own dear Pestie. That's his username over on DN now, too. And "Robert"
may be Robert Junker. No real way to tell for sure from what you can see on SciFiChick's site.

In the sci-fi chick interview, did you notice that when asked about the book he was most proud of, he said the most recent book *he* wrote, rather than the co-written book he was on tour to promote? Says it all, really.
Or rather, *this* says it all:
Q: What inspires you?
A (paraphrased): ME!
HBJ,
repeating the comment I posted to the interview, figuring it never hurts to preach to the choir.

Yeah, he's most proud of his (supposed) foray into FANTASY, not science fiction.
Gah. Useless wanker.
