Supposedly very good.
I'm watching History Channel's Vikings, which features Terriers' Donal Logue in a great role.
Not the most historically accurate show in terms of dates and relationships, but the overall spirit and aesthetic of the people, cultures and religions is very good.

I could never get into those Trek homage web shows, Freak. They were always so poorly done. Is that one decent, Freak?

I've only watched the first episode so far. The story was OK, it was based on one of the original series episodes, the one where they found the dissabled USS Constitution and Kirk flew it into the mouth of the Planet Killer.
The acting and special effects I can only hope get better. They're intentionally going for the look and feel of the original series but with somewhat improved effects. I'll give it a few more episodes...
Edited to add: Looks like that episode was 10 years old, so there's a lot of room for improvement.

There's also
Starship Exeter, which has amateur actors, but tries to stick very closely to the methods and possibilities available for special effects in the 1960s. Compared to the other fanfilms, this is visible in the highly detailed (real) sets, and the occasional use of miniature models and matte paintings instead of CGI. I think it looks wonderfully authentic.

The second episode was a little better, hopefully it's a trend.

BBC - In The Flesh

IMDB wrote:Four years after the Rising, the government starts to rehabilitate the Undead back into the society including teenager Kieren Walker, who returns home to his small Lancashire village to face a hostile reception as well as his own demons.
Season 1's OK, but the second one is much better.

Defiance....season 2.... kind of weird, but understand because of webisode's helped fill the gap.
Falling skies... this first episode is as stupid at last seasons first episode that jumped the story ahead by 8-9 months with no filler. This one the 2nd Mass all trapped.. the little girl is missing... blah... making little sense to me.
Trueblood... will watch because I have invested in all 6 seasons, even though the show went stupid quiet a while ago... lots of T n A makes up for stupid shit.
Louie....love it
24 season 9... kind of lame but ok
Longmire season 3.... good
Acquired... the fall guy seasons 1 and 3, still hunting season 2... rewatching that.

Been watching Lilyhammer on Netflix. Not bad. A bit mindless in places, but interesting in others. Its set in Lillehammar. I really love Scandinavia. I watch it and urge my tropical native wive to move up there. No go.
Also been watching a show called Klown on Netflix. I think that one is Danish. My wife was watching it with me but episode 3 started out with some big, round stripper shoving her tits into the camera. So it goes.

Don't know if anyone else has posted this but just finished The Clone Wars (CGI) and it was pretty damn awesome. Almost makes the existence of the prequels acceptable.

I haven't seen the last season yet, but I concur. I found the quality to be uneven, but as example of one of the lesser things they get right, they actually manage to make Anakin's turn to the Dark Side seem vaguely understandable.

Even that wasn't enough after a while, it felt that the writers were just competing to come up with the most silly new storyline. TnA can be found elsewhere, without sparking vampires. What? They don't sparkle? Well it feels like they do.
Concerning SW, I think the cartoon version of the Clone Wars is way better, the CGI seemed too... CGI... But that's more of a style jusgment than on the story, I haven't watched much of the CGI I prefer cartoons.
But there is BIG news (to me anyway)
We finally have a decent Flash series!!!
After so many failures, the Arrow spin off for the fastest man alive has started, giving us an origin story and a reason for loaaads of super villains.
It has the Arrow feel to it, as in a lot of times you're thinking "this is not possible" at the same time as "it's bloody awesome".

My son was addicted to that show while it was airing. I only found the time to watch a few with him, but liked what I saw.
anyone have any idea what is going on with the live action SW show that was in the works? Did it get put aside for the new movie?
