I don't deserve your respect my friend :? . YOU deserve it ;) Some of them are signed, unfortunately FH's signature is on "stickies", not on the books themselves, so its possible that Frank never even touched these volumes. I'll post some pics at T(A)U, soon (if god give me strength and help me to organize my indescriptible TOHU WA-BOHU)

I don't buy such books for obvious reasons ;)
What do you mean by 'Speech at Pacificon' - was it in paper form?

It's just a reference, you know (for the moment). I found it, translated in italian :
Introduzione: Entra nel mondo di Dune (Discorso tenuto da Frank Herbert alla XXII Convention Mondiale di Fantascienza, Los Angeles 1964.)
(7 pages)

Does anyone have a copy of "Survival and the Atom". Also, I'd like to read it if anyone has scans.

I think the only one available on the net has L.W. Currey:
http://www.lwcurrey.com/details.php?rec ... ubmit%3DGO" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
but it's very expensive.

My friend is trying to find articles which were the basis for this 'book' ;)

I wonder if one can find the original newspaper article that is an expansion of instead.

Id like to thank you very much Lundse for finding for me Bornene pa Klit and any remaing Danish books and of course for the bonus ;) He was very kind and helpful - real Fremen ;)
I also like to thank you ULFsurfer for switching his DM 1/1 to my Dune 1/3 ;) And for his research on Swedish edition. Now I have probably all 7 Swedish editions in existence (4x Dune, DM, 2 White Plague). Need further confirmation from collectors from that country ;)

Yesterday I also found Dune in Catalan - 19th language so far.

I would be listing some Polish Dunes on eBay this week - just in case anyone would be interested in this beautiful edition ;)

First one will be DM (the lightest book from the series):

If it sell I'll put other ones.

Thank you for being so inspiring! It's just fun to help out, and besides I ended up buying Swedish edition of Dune too for my own reading. It's a shame only the two first books were ever released in my country.

There is only one Norwegian Dune in 2 volumes and one Lithuanian. Swedish aren't so bad in comparison to near countries ;)

Very nice finds ;) I remember that my signed BCE Dune cost me around $60.

My latest addition was Duna in Catalan language (something between Spanish and Portuguese). Rare edition ;)

My latest non books addition - Sillof Dune figures.
I tried to recreate the fighting scene but with some changes. First one is Duncan instead of Paul in duel with Feyd, cause he has proper weapons that Paul couldn't grasp ;) Other ones - mostly characters that were already dead - Baron, Yueh, Leto, Rabban.

Enjoy!
