Labling creole remoulade sauce as "weak" is a relative term.

1/2 cup chopped green onions (green and white parts)

2 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon salt

Saw it. Thought it was okay, but... egh. It's kind of like licking paint chips. Watching that stuff too much hurts your brain. And you enter the point of no return!

Re: District 9
I am in love with this film. I saw Inglourious Basterds two weekends ago, and I saw District 9 on Saturday, and I've already given District 9 more thought. Amazing stuff.
Sharlto Copley, anyone? Never acted before in his life, never planned an acting career, but finds himself the very talented star of a blockbuster hit! This guy's gonna' be big.
This movie surprised me in many ways. Much deeper and more brilliant (in a sci-fi way) than I expected. And I'm a tough critic, especially when it comes to movies that are largely CGI-fests. This movie is an instant classic to me. Part of me wants a sequel (lots of questions to be answered) but part of me knows it may not live up to the first's awesomeness.

I'm not supporting of Nazism, but the movie seems to glorify violence just because "It's okay; they're Nazis".Omphalos wrote:I saw it last Thursday in San Diego. I liked it. As if Tarantino needs a reason to glorify violence. It's kind of his thing, regardless of the setting.

Yeah, Nazi's do make an easy target. Actually, there was no film involved in the production of it. It was shot on the Red cam, same camera I recently shot a music video on.
