Hey, off-topic posts are better than none at all.

Like theirs are?
But at least they can have civilized discussions:

No, you're not naive. And, yes, I think we can have a civilized discussion.

I personally feel that this message board, Jacurutu, is full of hateful folks who don't know
how to fully interact with people.

Amazon has deleted some of the votes for my review, I've gone from 52.4% to 61.7% favorable rating since I last checked.

Yeah, someone went through again a while back and voted all my reviews unhelpful (Preeqs are so mature  ) but then a few days later some of those votes had disappeared. I think they may be tracking vandalism like that now.

I noticed that they also DON'T count the votes of "reviewer coteries" now; you know, the groupies that automatically jump on their favorite reviewer's every post and vote it helpful. WhatEVER will Arthur W. Jordin do now?! He'll never reach his goal of TOP 10 Reviewer without the votes of his gaggle of 24 geese!

(Ha ha...I just checked his page. His rank dropped from 175 to 757. :D )

Man, they're practically giving away that book at Amazon. I want to see if it drops below $10. :)
