I have it but I really don't like the combat system, and also got my ass kicked by the first boss....

I'll go finish it one of these days. Might even use cheats, since I really only care about the story.

I gave SWTOR the axe, hadn't played in about 2 months anyway and my server died, and the free transfer cost me my toon's name and I hated how badly managed the game was. Fun, but like it was run by an accountant...oh yeah EA.

Back in my computer gaming days I used to play their Jane's combat simulators and I really loved them, but they dropped support for that whole line. :(

Ampoliros wrote:'Rider, if you can run New Vegas, then I seriously suggest trying Day Z. the latest patch kinda borked the Zombie aggro, but if you want a 'game' that will make you shit your pants, feel proud of what you accomplish, and lets you kill shitheeled player-killers at the same time, then look no further. Warning: Average lifetime of a player is 32 minutes. How long and how well you survive is your score.

Downside is ArmA II OA is still $30. Upside is you get 3 games for the price of one, and one of those is the best damn thing to happen to PC gaming in fucking years.

It cements my PC elitism. Console gamers can't handle and don't deserve gaming this good.

If it's anything like FIFA, you just keep hitting the slide-tackle button until all your players get sent off.

Hope that helps. :P

I've started playing Skyrim. By 'started playing', I mean I've had it a week and racked up nearly 40 hours of play time. This game is huge! But also fantastic! :)

Spec Ops: The Line

I wasn't expecting much of this one - a fairly standard modern third-person-shooter... but it turns out it's actually a bit of a gem.

The story is wonderfully harrowing, unsettling and distressing - about choices that inevitably end badly and charting your character's slow descent into madness.

Horrible game, my mum would hate it. I thought it was great... if that's the word I'm looking for.

Been having fun in the Mechwarrior Online beta.

Also picked up a little gem called FTL. Its a brutal survival style game that puts you in the role of a starship captain outrunning an invading armada. I just barely made it to the last zone on easy last night, its pretty unforgiving, and it requires a lot of skill and a LOT of luck.

Looking forward to Assassin's Creed III, but I'm wary after Revelations was such a let down.

I looked at some of the pictures at their website, are they doing a 'pre-clan wars' sort of thing?
Started playing Fasa Battletech in the eighties, all the different houses started after Fasa lost to Robotechs claim; copyrights or something.
Did you ever try the version with dice?
Leto II is gone for good, except for OM. The "pearl" was just that; a miniscule portion of what Leto was, and not a compressed version of the whole. The pearl that the worms have do not make them Leto, or in any way similar to him.

Waiting on new MMPOG F2P called Neverwinter to be released, some time soon I hope.

Otherwise, lightly DND online, Star Trek Online.

The events of the online game part will allegedly be reflected in the tv series, that's quite the transmedia gimmick!

I meant old as opposed to the pace sequels come out now, but not by my standards ^^

I still play Megadrive games (on my psp though).
